Congregational Support
The Congregational Support Committee is a busy committee at Paxton. We provide or arrange for the food at many church functions. In particular, we organize the 50 Year/New Member Dinner every May. We provide the food for the annual church picnic every September. We schedule the monthly coffee fellowships and sponsor them when necessary. We provide refreshments for the retreat for Deacons and Elders in January. We also organize the schedule for different groups around the church to provide the food for the Lenten lunches and dinners every Wednesday during Lent. The committee meets at 7 PM before every Deacons meeting on the 4th Wednesday of every month except June and July.
